Group Sessions
Group sessions are an affordable and fun way to grow motivation and progress your rehabilitation program.

We currently run our groups at maximum 5 people and each individual has their own specific program tailored to their needs. Our groups are mixed so you can join any slot- the only requirement is a one to one assessment prior to joining. This helps us to establish what's important to you, where you're at, and build from there.

These sessions are helpful for
- rehabilitating injuries
- creating structure for motivation building
- working with exercise and persistent pain
- neurological conditions
- senior health and strength building
